The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to:
1) construct a new road, which will be approximately 140 meters long and 6 meters wide;
2) repave the existing asphalt road in front of the New Embassy Building; and
3) install a 1.2 meter-wide sidewalk, which will be approximately 210 meters long.

The completion of this project shall include all incidental related work and as indicated within the Statement of Work, accompanying drawings and specifications.

It is anticipated that this will be a single award. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek to review the site of the proposed project. No advanced payments will be authorized. The successful offeror shall be registered with the System for Award Management database (SAM www.sam.gov). The successful offeror shall obtain a DUNS number (http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/pages/CCRSearch.jsp).
