1. Description: The following support services are required. The requirement is for annual maintenance agreement for BlackBerry services to support approximately 3000 BlackBerry users. Maintenance covers 24X7 telephone tech support for handheld devices and servers for command-wide users.
This support includes, but is not limited to telephone support 24 hours a day for help, technical support, email support, software releases, BlackBerry Enterprise Server software upgrades, and BlackBerry Training. Request brand name "or equal". If providing "or equal" services, the quote must state the services are an "or equal" and the prospective offeror has the responsibility to ensure that any "or equal" services proposed are bonafide "or equal" to the services requested.
