1. It was stated that the location of the Hotel should be near the port however there was no port named, we are aware there is a Port Rashid, a Port Saeed and possibly more. Can you identify which port you were referring?

Answer: JEBEL ALI PORT

2. Is there a certain mile radius from the Hotel to the place of performance?

Answer: 10 TO 15 MILES

3. The SF1449 document the room types are; CLIN 0001 - Standard Single Room with Queen Size Bed for Short Term Stays, CLIN 0002 - Deluxe Single/Studio Room for Long Term Stays and CLIN 0003 - 2 Bedroom Suite. However the Statement of Work states the need for a Standard single room - Queen Size Bed, a 2 Bedroom Suite and a 3 Bedroom Suite. Can you verify which room type is correct?

Answer: We need CLIN 0001 - Standard Single Room with Queen Size Bed for Short Term Stays, CLIN 0002 - Deluxe Single/Studio Room for Long Term Stays and CLIN 0003 - 2 Bedroom Suite.

4. Do you provide US Government tax exemption certificate forms for the lodging accommodations?

Answer: NO

5. Can a vendor who has been awarded a BPA refuse additional option years after the base year?

Answer: NO

6. Will the awarded vendor have the opportunity to change the room rate if the option year rate exceeds the amount originally listed in the proposal?

Answer: NO
