- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
- Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-A500 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 effective 10 September 2021, Defense Procurement Notice 20210830, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726 effective 26 July 2021.
- This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314110 with a small business size standard of 1500 Employees.
- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR 16.202-1, “A firm-fixed-price contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor’s cost experience in performing the contract. - Delivery of Flooring shall be FOB Destination in accordance with FAR 47.303-6. Contractor shall include delivery and schedule/installation information with quote submission.
- The Government will not accept exclusions and/or exceptions within offeror’s quote unless annotated and acknowledged by the Government during the Questions & Answers period. All quotes under this effort shall be made under the terms of a firm-fixed price requirement.
- The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service.
