This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155710RC139FS is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 423910 and the small business size standard is 100. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation:

1. Scope: This requirement is for 4-row bleachers for Andersen Air Force Base Security Forces Squadron, Yigo Guam 96929. Items with equal or better quality to those listed below are acceptable.

2. Product Description:
CLIN 1: 4-row X 15' aluminum bleachers, tip and roll feature with lockable casters
Quantity: 4 Sets

3. Delivery Date/Location:

• This solicitation and award is a small business set aside.
• Packaging , Packing and Shipping Instructions: Commercial industry standards to ensure safe delivery with no damage of product.
• Items should be shipped no later than 30 days ADC, Submit proposal based on each CLIN. FOB: Destination for door-to-door delivery to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the best value to the government.
