Upload your best quote (on company letterhead with DUNS Number and / or CAGE Code) for "Standard Issue Dress Blouses" as per the attached Product List and Specifications (and a picture).

The winner will receive USCP logo patches (you can partially see the logo in the picture) that will be sewn on each dress blouse.  Therefore, please do not forget to include the cost of sewing the logo patches on the dress blouses.

Also, please either include in the cost of goods or add as a separate line item SHIPPING to Washington, DC (20401).
