Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Teledyne Lecroy Protocol Solutions Group 700 Chestnut Ridge Road Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977: Vendor Cage Code 55716. The requirement is for the following items:

1 Each – Frontline Coexistence Sodera - Dual Mode Advanced Wideband  Bluetooth Protocol Analyzer

1 Each – 802.11 a/b/g/n Protocol Analyzer Package

1 Each – One Year Software/Hardware Maintenance

The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Teledyne Lecroy is the exclusive US distributor and manufacturer for the Frontline Coexistence Sodera – Dual Mode Advanced Wideband Bluetooth Protocol Analyzer and 802.11 a/b/g/n Protocol Analyzer Package.  The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.  THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.  If no affirmative written responses are received by 4:30 PM EST on 25 July 2020, an award will be made without further notice.  Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
