This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the purchase, delivery, installation and one-year maintenance agreement for TWO (2), THREE-TON ELECTRIC BOAT HOISTS MOTORIZED TROLLEYS at the Blythe Island Regional Park, located at 6616 Blythe Island Hwy, Brunswick, GA 31523. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Procurement Officer (front counter in Glynn County Finance). If you deliver your bid after 1:55 p.m. deliver it to the Purchasing Representative located in the 3rd floor conference room where the bid opening is being held), at the above address up to April 6, 2021 at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted as a result of this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, "SEALED BID" with the applicable "BID NUMBER" on the outside. Bids may not be considered unless so received. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen at [email protected] no later than March 29, 2021. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than March 31, 2021. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum.
