This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the dock repairs at Blythe Island Regional Park, located at 6616 Blythe Island Highway, Brunswick, GA. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Glynn County Recreation and Parks building, located at 323 Old Jesup Rd, Brunswick, GA 31520 until 1:30 PM on November 18, 2021. The bids will be taken to the Howard Pate building, conference room 224 and will be opened and publicly read at 2:00 PM. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, "SEALED BID" with the applicable "BID NUMBER" on the outside. Bids may not be considered unless so received. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Any questions shall be submitted, in writing, and forwarded to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen at [email protected] no later than November 10, 2021. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than November 12, 2021. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum.
