This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the construction of a new maintenance barn, as indicated herein. Sealed bids will be received and time stamped at the Glynn County Finance Office, located in suite 300 of the Harold Pate Building until 1:55 PM on September 3, 2021. At 1:55 the bids will be taken to conference room 224 and will be opened and publicly read at 2:00 PM. Work to Be Done: The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the construction of a new maintenance barn. Work shall include but not be limited to, a TURN KEY project to provide a new maintenance barn at Blythe Island Regional Park in Glynn County, Georgia. The intent is for the contractor to generate a set of plans, obtain all permits, and construct the building. The intended facility shall be 40’x60’, 12’ wall height, and have a 16’x60’ shed roof off of one side. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications.
