This acquisition is to purchase BMC Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) software licenses and maintenance support for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Fort Huachuca, AZ.  ITSM software licenses and maintenance are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws.  No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 30 Mar 10 through 29 Mar 11.
