The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for a Bobcat brand Utility Vehicle - the Toolcat system (model #5610) to include several accessories and attachments.  Please review the attached solicitation for full details on the requirement and for the applicable clauses and provisions.  A brand name justification is also attached.
