The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1, Muller Martin, 456 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge, NY, 11788, will provide and install a new Digital Binding Line - Adhesive Binding System (Bolero Perfect Binding Solution). This system includes the primary equipment, all auxiliary, remote and associated equipment and programming necessary for operation, including all special tools, documentation and drawings required for maintenance, operation and troubleshooting. This system shall produce a fully bound book block ranging from 3" X 5" to 9" X 12" (both landscape and portrait) with a spine thickness ranging between 0.25" to 3.0" at a minimum rate of 5,000 finished book blocks per hour as specified.
