A Single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be established to provide pumping service for vault toilets and septic tanks at USDA Forest Service managed recreation sites located in the BRUSH CREEK HAYDEN Ranger District, located near Walden, Colorado as identified in the following Schedule of Items. This project includes the removal of all solid waste from 56 vault toilets and 18 Septic Systems on the BRUSH CREEK HAYDEN Ranger District with all waste being removed from the toilet site and deposited in a State approved sewage system. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other incidentals necessary to perform toilet pumping services.
