Consulting firm will provide construction observation and inspection services for a construction contract involving removal of existing asphalt pavement in whole or by surface grinding in selected areas of the project site. Project will include constructing new asphalt pavement at the locations and to the depths shown on the plans. Constructing asphalt concrete overlay where existing asphalt pavement will be resurfaced by grind and cap. Constructing crushed miscellaneous base and new asphalt concrete pavement. Construct Portland Cement Concrete curb and gutter, modified curb and gutter with an attached vee ditch, concrete masonry unit (CMU) retaining wall, a trench drain, and a new concrete slab. Construct chain link fencing and gates. This project also requires a slurry seal over existing asphalt at the upper end of the Bradt reservoir site and pavement striping in parking areas.
