This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-15-T-0258 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.

BRAND NAME OR EQUAL PROCUREMENT
The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Brand Name or Equal Procurement.

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for supplies. The base award quantity is a minimum of a Quantity of 1 EA for InGaAs SWIR Camera Brand Name or Equal to Sensors Unlimited.

Salient Characteristics will be provided with the solicitation. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference the delivery schedule in the RFQ.
The anticipated award date is August 3, 2015.
