This RFQ as well as any amendments will be used electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102.  As a result, hard copies will not be provided.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH17-T-0270. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 325998, with a small business size of 500 employees. This is a Full and Open Competition requirement; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote.

USAMRAA on behalf of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System (AFMES) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Brand Name or Equal to Cerilliant Certified Drug Reference Standards in accordance with the minimum essential characteristics (MECs), and Statement of Need (SON).

The resultant Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be on a DD 1155 which will not include any Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS). Therefore, there are no CLINS included on this solicitation.
