The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 2005-96. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $38.5M.
Interested parties are required to submit quotes by the closing date and time identified within this posting. The Government plans to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract. Quotes will be evaluated and award issued to the vendor that meets the brand name requirement and provides the lowest price (Lowest Price Technicall Acceptable).
