Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Brandy Warehouse Fire Department Tenant Improvements and is located at 3550 W. Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting and services necessary to construct the project per approved plans and specifications. Construction includes but is not limited to the following: Tenant improvements of an existing ~23,864 square foot warehouse for a new Fire Department logistical operations and material/equipment storage facility to accommodate new high density warehouse storage, new offices, conference room, restroom, storage, and work rooms. Work consists of the demolition and removal of selected interior partitions, doors, flooring, suspended acoustical ceiling, plumbing, electrical, lighting, low voltage cabling and devices, but not limited to, any demolition required to construct or install new features, utility work, and on-site or off-site work required to achieve project completion. Additional work by contractor includes engineering, permitting, labor, and materials needed to provide and install a new utility fire pump house, including but not limited to structural, fire, and electrical services. Permit drawings for custom fire pump house shall be provided by contractor and submitted to AHJ as a separate permit submittal. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: New work includes patching and sealing concrete flooring, new roof penetrations and patch work, new hollow metal frames, wood doors, door hardware, new flooring, metal studs, drywall, paint, millwork, carpet, wall base, new suspended acoustical ceiling tile, furnish, permit, and install new high density rack shelving system, and interior storage containers, furnish and install new vehicle lift with associated power, furnish and install new hazmat washing machines and ice machine, new lighting, new plumbing, new water heater, new roof mounted HVAC with associated piping and structural modifications, new ductwork and controls, new roof mounted swamp coolers, new electric unit heaters, new transformer, retrofit new electric motors at existing warehouse roll up doors, modifications, upgrade, and installation of new fire suppression system per new floor plan layout. It further includes electrical/communications, installation of data and power for new offices, conference room, work and storage areas and storage containers, installation of new CAT6 cabling with EMT conduit, installation of power and data for new modular workstations and power upgrades for data switch equipment.
