(BTI), P.O. Box 701468, San Antonio, TX 78270 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."  This requirement is for purchase of 3 Ram/Pry Breaching Doors, 3 Shotgun Hinge Breaching Doors, 6 Freestanding Leg Kits, 4 boxes Pry Door Wood Inserts, 1 box Shotgun Breaching Panels, 3 boxes Shotgun Breaching Hinges - 2 Shot, and associated crating/shipping and handling.  BTI maintains proprietary rights to equipment patents and trademarks for these training systems.  A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M6700118Q1099)  will be provided upon request.  THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.  Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.  All responsible small business sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
