The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation RFQP02051500015, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence - Bread. Orders will be FOB Destination, orders will be placed by food service department to be delivered two times per week, starting April 1, 2015. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center Devens, 36 Independence Drive, Building 1677, Devens, MA 01434. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 9, 2015 and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov.
