The Indian Health Service intends to award a sole source bridge contract to A'Viands, LLC to provide dietary services for the Cass Lake Indian Hospital, located in Cass Lake, MN. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01-March-2020 -- 31-May-2020 (2 Months). It is not possible to solicit and award a new contract before the start date of  01-APR-2020; without negatively affecting patient care. As the incumbent, A'Viands, LLC already has the capabilities in place to meet the requirements. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Although this requirement will be sole-sourced, the follow-on (base and four option periods) contract is anticipated to be awarded within the next few months.
