C.1      SCOPE OF CONTRACT

1. This project includes reconstructing the entire onsite wastewater system for a Forest Service administrative site.  The site is primarily employee housing and includes both single family homes, bunkhouses and RV pads.
2. The work includes:
   1. Installing new sewerlines, cleanouts, manholes and RV sewer connections.
   2. Installing new septic tanks and absorption fields.
   3. Installing a new packaged effluent lift station
   4. Installing a new aggregate access road.
   5. Removing an existing packaged sewage treatment system and steel building.
   6. Removing existing sewer system components, including manholes, cleanouts, and holding tanks.
   7. Repairing existing aggregate roadways.

C.2      PROJECT LOCATON

          The project is located in the Bridgeport Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Mono County, California, in Section 23, T 5 N, R 24 E.  It is located approximately 4 miles west of Bridgeport, California, at the Bridgeport Ranger District Administration Site.  The project may be accessed from US Highway 395.

C.3      MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Estimated Price  Between $250,000 and $500,000.
