The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with International Software Alliance located at 252 Willow Street, Manchester NH for the acquisition of BriefCam licenses and maintenance.
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The business size standard is 750 employees.
