This is a Notice to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to EPIQ Solution, located at 3740 Industrial Avenue, Rolling Meadows, IL 6000 under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements for the following: OP - 1 BriefCam gv (V.R.3 8 BriefCam Syndex FS (V.4.3) C - 2 BriefCam Investigators (v.5.4.1) FPU -6 BriefCam Investigators (v.5.4.1) FPU 1 BriefCam Protect (v.5.4.1) GVN: V4.3 and v.5.4.1 U to VN: Future Versions Period of performance is 30 September 2020 through 29 September 2021. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. BriefCam Software Maintenance and Support is a renewal for one year. BriefCam holds 5 US Patents to this software as listed on the attached Sole Source document. NCIS owns and utilizes previous and current versions of BriefCam in both stand alone and server environments. BriefCam product support, maintenance and available upgrades are to existing software. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
