Scope of work includes the removal of asphalt concrete, cold milling, concrete bus pads and concrete curb & gutter, and construction of 6”to 8” Portland cement concrete bicycle lanes, concrete bus pads, concrete curb ramps, landscaping, irrigation, striping, and signal modifications. Please send the original bid bond, as well as the notarized affidavits, enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked clearly with following information, formatted exactly as below: “SEALED BID BOND FOR PROJECT NO.: 18-6908 Bristol Street Protected Bike Lanes from Edinger to 1st Street City of Santa Ana Attn.: Sean Thomas Public Works Agency; M-36 P.O. Box 1988 Santa Ana, CA 92702" It is recommended to opt for method with tracking mechanism for delivery. However, these documents are being used for verification and must exactly match scanned electronic versions that will already have been submitted by bid deadline (electronically). Please mail hard copies to P.O. Box 1988 Santa Ana, CA 92702 while City Hall is following social distancing recommendations and limiting physical capacity within City Hall. For hard copy drop offs at/or before 1pm, visitors must show photo ID at Ross Annex Reception Desk to be sent up to the 3rd floor for delivery at CIP Engineering.
