WMATA is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms (licensed, registered and bonded in all states where required) to provide collection services for bad debt and past due accounts. The successful firm will enter into a contingent fee agreement with WMATA for the subject services. It is WMATA¿s intent to secure such debt collection services in a manner that maximizes recovery and minimizes WMATA¿s out-of-pocket expenditures.
