SUBJECT: USAID/MERP, Frankfurt
Solicitation for Resident Hire U.S. Personal Services Contractor [USPSC] - For Budget Analyst

Ladies/Gentlemen:

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from U.S. citizens interested in providing PSC services as described in the attached solicitation. Applicants must be able to obtain a Facility Access security clearance. Place of performance will be Frankfurt, Germany.

Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified and must include signed OF-612 and a written statement that responds to the requirements of the position (Education/Experience/Language/Knowledge/Skills & Abilities required for the position).

The evaluation and selection process usually takes two to three weeks after the deadline. Shortlisted applicants are invited for tests and/or interviews during this time frame. Interviewed candidates will normally be advised of the outcome of the selection process after a period of about four weeks.
