A site visit will be held at Building 791 on Joint Base Elmendor-Richardson (JBER) on 14 September 2017 starting promptly at 1330 (All times are Alaska Standard Time).  The site visit will be concluded no later that 1500 PM.  All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offeror.  ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE URGED TO ATTEND THIS SITE VISIT.  If a contractor is not at building 791 at the designated start time of 1330, there will not be a future site visit.

All Contractors, including those that have access to JBER, wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide the following information of individuals attending.  No more than one individual per contractor:
