All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 3/26/2025, at 10: 00 AM at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the prebid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at [email protected]. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk.
