This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 

Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-18-Q-0189 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

NSWCDD intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Purchase Order for the replacement of locks and locking devices in Hopper Hall of Building 127 South on the NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

This requirement is a small business set-aside.

Please include a break-down of labor and material costs associated with the requested services (labor category, labor rates, number of hours, material category, material costs, if applicable).  Shipping /freight cost FOB destination Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12.  The order shall be firm fixed price.  

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which to be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.

In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
