DLA Energy, as the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Materiel Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and services, requires delivery of bulk Liquid Hydrogen (LH2) to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS) FL. The Contractor shall provide all product, raw materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary for the delivery of LH2. All deliveries to CCAFS shall be f.o.b. destination. The performance period is 01 May 11 through 30 Sep 11.

Estimated quantitY for product is as follows:
LH2 for CCAFS - 268,905 LBs

Service CLINS for Aborted Delivery Fees and Truck detention will be included for CCAFS.

Products shall be supplied in Contractor owned/leased/provided tankers. Upon notification by the Government assigned Ordering Officer(s), the Contractor shall be required to fill, schedule product inspection, complete all support documentation, and deliver products within a specific timeframe as requested by the Ordering Officer to meet Customers unique schedule and usage demands on a 24 hour/365 day basis. It is essential that tankers arrive on site at the pre-scheduled time since tankers are generally offloaded in groups of tankers.
