This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for South Carolina (USPFO-SC), 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for bulk unprepared rations. The rations will be delivered to Fort Stewart, GA (exact address to be provided at contract award). Multiple delivery dates are required and those dates are: 23 April 2021, 29 April 2021, 03 May 2021 and 06 May 2021. Coordination of deliveries to be finalized with Unit POC after contract award.  Delivery of bulk rations will be FOB Destination.
