The City of Bristol is accepting bids for a Bulky waste loader with 20ft. body container. Responses to this Invitation to Bid must be submitted via the QuestCDN website. Costs for bid placement via said website ($15.00 fee payable to QuestCDN) shall be solely borne by the bidder. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest. The successful bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
