Question: The specifications state that the beds are to be 100% welded

steel. Does this mean the beds should be delivered as one piece ready for

use or can the beds be delivered "flat packed" to save shipping costs but in

such case would require some minimal assembly (about 5 minutes per bed

without any extra or special tools)?

Answer: Yes, must be welded steel. The bottom and top bunk should not come

welded together, rather "flat packed". In this case they would need to come

with assemble instructions, misc. tools (hex key, screws, etc), and anything

to assist the end user in the assemble process.

Question:  The new "concept drawing" mentions a ladder. However the

specifications and previous Q&As stated that no ladder is required. Please

clarify.

Answer: Yes a ladder is requested. The customer mentioned the ladder can be

attached to either the end or the side of the bunk as shown in the concept

drawing.
