This NSN is a critical application item, has export control, configuration control and is not commercial. This NSN has a Government First Article Testing for 1 sample. The required delivery, with FAT is 533 days ARO. NSN was solicited as a small business set-aside suitable for competitive acquisition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is April 10, 2014 (anticipated closing date of May 12, 2014).

This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
