The Veterans Administration intends to award an Architect/Engineer contract for design services at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA for Project # 595-08-151: AHU for Connecting Corridors. In collaboration with VA staff, the contracted A/E firm shall provide a complete set of working architectural, electrical, infection control, phasing, and mechanical drawings with specifications (in both paper form and electronic form) for the project. The A/E will survey subject area and develop a bid package to renovate the identified area within the constraints of the construction budget. The focus of this project is to expand and improve the quality of the existing corridors throughout the campus. Included in the designs, the A/E shall develop the necessary working drawings; contract specifications; phasing plans; final cost estimates for full and complete construction of this project. The A/E shall also ensure that the completed designs are in full compliance with all applicable codes and VA design guidelines.
