Question asked by Miller Remick: The solicitation states that "Pursuant to FAR, the firm responding to this requirement must be permitted by law to practice the profession of architecture or engineering and meet all required qualifications" Question: Does this mean we must be licensed to practice in Florida only or anywhere? VA Response: The firm and or AE on staff representing the project must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida under state law.
