The VA Medical Center, Leeds, Massachusetts is seekiing the services of an architect/engineer services for SOC/PFI Corrections, VA Project No. 631-06-104. The work should include but not be limited to investigative services, consultation/meeting with staff to establish specific program requirements, preliminary and working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, construction period services, and continued Medical Center operation during installation. Work to be conducted by a qualified fire protection engineer. Evaluation consideration will be as follows: (1) specialized experience of the firm with similar contracts; (2) past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project. Firms desiring consideration should submit an SF 300, Architect-Engineer Qualifications on or before June 2, 2006. Award is subject to availability of funds. Firm shall be a Professional Fire Protection Engineer. Geographical area of consideration is east of Mississippi River. Estimated Construction cost estimate is $112,000.
