Project Description: Provide professional services for preparing Confined Space procedures for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.146. Statement of Proposal items: 1) Assess campus to identify confined spaces; 2) Prepare list of non-permit and permit required confined spaces; 3) Provide specific procedures for entering confined spaces; and 4) Label confined spaces in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.146.
