This is a sources sought synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research, to determine interest and capabilities of potential sources for a standard four year service agreement for Software House (Part Number: CC9000-QSSA1) C-Cure 9000 series security operating system on Joint Base Andrews.

The proposed NAICS for this effort is 541511 (Size Standard $27.5M) Custom Computer Programming Service.  Comments on this NAICS and suggestions for an alternative NAICS code must include supporting rationale.

This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis.

The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors to provide a standard four year service agreement for Software House (Part Number: CC9000-QSSA1) C-Cure 9000 series security operating system on Joint Base Andrews.

Interested sources capable of providing this requirement must respond by e-mail to [email protected], referencing synopsis number F1D3557115AW03, no later than Monday, 12 June, 2017 at 2:00 PM EST.

Interested sources shall indicate whether they are capable of providing the subject requirement, how long after issuance of a purchase order would it take to complete the requirement, and furthermore indicate their size and status (i.e., large business, small business, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.). 

No other information is required at this time.  Based upon the responses received, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice.  This source sought synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources.
