Design services are required to prepare preliminary drawings, specifications and cost estimate (35%), design development (60%), preparation of final construction documents including cost estimates (100%), selected construction period services, post construction services, and other typical tasks related to these services for Project 534-107-111ES, "Replace Leaking High Pressure Ducts" at the VA Medical Center, Charleston, SC. The proposed construction will provide a restored high pressure ductwork system that feeds the main five story medial tower underneath the basement and up through the tower chases. Minor ancillary work will include correcting hangers on other mechanical, possibly electrical systems in the area and any other correction with steam, sewer, domestic water, etc. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors (1) Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, (2) Professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to project, (3) Past performance on Government contracts (4) Geographic Locations of the Working Office and other appropriate evaluation criteria.
