Architect and Engineering (A/E) Services - The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405 seeks a qualified A/E firm that specializes in design and/or renovation of VA Health Care facilities, specifically design of a Health and Wellness Center, to provide Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Drawings, Specifications, Construction Cost Estimate, and Construction period services for Project 613-CSI-107, Heroes Health and Wellness Center. This Health and Wellness Center design includes constructing a 10,000SF self-standing building. Firms must be located within a 200 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV 25405. Qualified firms must submit their completed SF 330 to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, V5 Contract Satellite Office, Attn: Kathryn Leatherman, 510 Butler Avenue, B303B, Martinsburg, WV 25405. Firms must submit four copies of the SF330 (w/NO PHOTOS). The SF330 can be found on the GSA forms website: HTTP://WWW.GSA.GOV. The VA will shortlist the firms utilizing the SF330 form and interviews will be limited to no more than three (3) selected firms based on the outcome of the scoring.
