Architect and Engineering (A/E) Services - The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405 seeks a qualified A/E firm that specializes in design and/or renovation of VA Health Care facilities, specifically renovation of outpatient surgery, to provide Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Drawings, Specifications, Construction Cost Estimate, and Construction period services for Project 613-103, Renovate Outpatient Surgery. Project includes architectural renovations necessary to expand outpatient surgery space by approximately 2500 SF, as well as renovations of the exiting 3500 SF surgical space, and mechanical and electrical renovations/upgrades necessary to meet current requirements. Renovation work to include expanded prep and recovery areas, outpatient specialty surgical clinics and renovated and relocated surgical administrative areas. Firms must be located within a 350 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV 25405. Qualified firms must submit their completed SF 330 to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, V5 Contract Satellite Office, Attn: Kathryn Leatherman, 510 Butler Avenue, Bldg. 308B, Martinsburg, WV 25405. Firms must submit four copies of the SF330 (w/NO PHOTOS). The SF330 can be found on the GSA forms website: HTTP://WWW.GSA.GOV. The VA will shortlist the firms utilizing the SF330 form and interviews will be limited to no more than three (3) selected firms based on the outcome of the scoring.
