This is a Sources Sought Notice only and Not a Request for SF330's or a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB). Responses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), South Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking qualified Architect/Engineer (A/E) firms that are Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Multi-Disciplined Architectural/Engineering Services within the South Texas Veterans Health Care System region. This region includes the San Antonio, TX and Kerrville, TX areas. Offerors must have representation within the State of Texas and within 100 miles of either city listed above. The proposed contract duration will be one (1) base year and (4) one-year option periods. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 541310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million average annual receipts over three years. Responses are requested with the following information, which shall not exceed a total of eight pages. 1. Offerors' name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size/classification to include designation as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business shall be indicated on first page of submission. 3. Description of capability to perform the proposed work, manage subcontractors, prepare and comply with various regulatory and or design documents and permits, and capacity to execute and manage multiple A/E design projects concurrently. 4. Past performance/experience on projects of similar scope and magnitude, describing no more than five (5) projects that are at least 80% complete within the past five years. The past performance information should include project title, location, general description to demonstrate relevance to the proposed synopsis, the Offerors' role, dollar value of contract, and name of the company, agency or government entity for which the work was performed with contact information.
