In accordance with FAR 36.607(a), after final selection has occurred, information may be released identifying the architect-engineer firm with which a contract will be negotiated. This special notice serves as notification the Government has established a shortlist and requested fee proposals from the following A/E firms: 1. AES Group, Inc. 2. Apogee Consulting Group 3. Bancroft Architects + Engineers 4. Calvin L. Hinz Architects, P.C. 5. Health Facility Solutions Company. 6. Paridigm Engineers and Constructors, PLLC. 7. RDC+EA, L.L.L.P. 8. Specialized Engineering Solutions, Inc 9. Spur Design LLC In accordance with FAR 36.607(b), debriefings of successful and unsuccessful firms will be held after final selection has taken place and will be conducted, to the extent practicable, in accordance with 15.503, 15.506(b) through (f), and 15.507(c), and 15.506(d)(2) through (d)(5). Note that 15.506(d)(2) through (d)(5) do not apply to architect-engineer contracts. Should you desire a debriefing, in accordance with FAR 15.503, you are required to submit a written request within three (3) days from receipt of this notice. Debriefings may be conducted in writing, by conference call, or in person. The Contracting Officer is the final decision authority on the approach method of the debriefing.
