The purpose of this modification is to provide RFI response 34 . 36C10F21R0041 RFI RESPONSE SHEET RFI NUMBER RFI RESPONSE 34 With regard to the Central Region AE IDIQ, we have a question. We re hoping you can provide clarity as to the project requirements you will seeking related to Section F. Must CONSTRUCTION of the projects be substantially completed? Or Will projects with DESIGN substantially completed but construction NOT completed (or even started) be accepted? The intent is to evaluate examples of the offer s work successfully completed in the time frame indicated in the pre-solicitation (2016-2021) that are comparable to the work of the AE IDIQ tasks.  If a project is submitted as an example of completed design and construction period services, then construction should be substantially complete.  If the example is for design alone, then construction would not have to be complete, but no experience with construction period services would be inferred from such an example.
