The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of the United States Army Command and Control Support Agency (USACCSA), intends to award a new sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statue to CKA, LLC. The contract will provide IT related security services to include, but not limited to, desktop support, printer and scanner support, imaging and backup support, recovery and implementation support, network monitoring and troubleshooting support, server and system administration support, hardware installation and maintenance support, inventory management support, communication support, audio visual support, and new and emerging technologies for six (6) months.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, 16 February 2016. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be IN WRITING and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services.
