The United States Coast Guard seeks to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Only the exact part numbers listed on the Purchase Order will be accepted. All parts must meet OEM specifications. The anticipated purchase order will be awarded to Finmeccanica S.p.a/Leonardo S.p.a. The required parts are located in Finmeccanica's New York warehouse and are available for immediate delivery. The anticipated purchase order will support immediate C-27J aircraft flight operations and missions, Air Station Sacramento operations, and development of depot-level maintenance of the aircraft. This is a notice of intent and NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
