The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation is to secure a contractor to provide technical training and employable skills to incarcerated participants at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Valley State Prison (VSP), as a result of the creation and establishment of an Audio and Video Production program within the VSP Media School. The Audio and Video Production program for the VSP Media School shall service approximately 27 participants, 6.5 hours per day, five days per week, providing technical training, education and hands-on application of a variety of industry relevant media platforms.
